A designer who understands that great work and smart business are not opposites. Someone who can read a client, read a room and deliver something that works for the world and for the bottom line.
Full TimeIn Person3 to 4 YearsDelhi
We do not choose between good work and good business. We find where they meet, and build there. Every time, within every budget.
The Work
See it from the start. Own it to the end.
You come in at the brief. You help write the proposal. You run the workshops, understand what the client needs, what users need and what the studio can deliver. Then you design it, and you see it made.
Project lifecycle
Write and present project proposals that balance client ambition, user needs and studio capacity
Run client workshops and extract what actually matters from them
Understand client goals, user needs and studio resources at the same time
Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across active projects
Coordinate with producers, vendors and developers to get things made
Lead client meetings with clarity, confidence and a point of view
Design and craft
Brand identity systems that serve business goals and move people
Digital interfaces built or overseen end to end
Physical environments, interiors, retail and spatial experiences
Packaging, collateral, print and wayfinding
Motion, projection mapping and whatever else the project calls for
Who You Are
Different. Passionate. Proven by what you have made.
Not a specialist in one lane. Someone who picks up what the project needs and delivers it. Corel Draw, AI tools, projection mapping, anything. Someone who can make a business case and a beautiful thing in the same breath.
What you bring
3 to 4 years working across digital and physical design
Understands how design serves business goals and social goals, not one or the other
Comfortable running a client room and a production call in the same week
Learns what the project needs, any tool, any format, any medium
Thinks differently but lands on things that are real and executable
Ambitious enough to ask how to do it better, not just how to get it done
Full time in person, Delhi based or able to relocate
Where you sit
The forces a C4SD designer holds in balance
Studio craft
Design quality, execution and process. What we make and how we make it.
You
Holding all three in balance. Where they overlap is where the best work lives.
Centre
Client business
Real outcomes, real budgets. Design that earns its place on the balance sheet.
Social impact
Community, purpose, meaning. Work that matters beyond the brief.
Best work
lives where all three forces are in play simultaneously
Personal growth
Skills, craft, ambition. What you are building in yourself while building for others.
The C4SD standard
We match every client budget and deliver the best work possible within it. Good design is not a luxury. It is a decision.
The Project Arc
You are present through every stage
01
Brief + Proposal
You write it. You pitch it.
02
Workshops + Research
You run the room.
03
Design + Direction
You make the calls.
04
Production + Oversight
You oversee it.
05
Delivery + Handoff
You see it done.
One person, start to finish
What we stand for
The principles every person at C4SD works by.
01
Business and purpose, together
Best business outcome and best design outcome to the same place. That is the brief. Every time.
02
Build differently
We do not default. Every project is a chance to find a better way to make, communicate or experience something.
03
Think fast. Land real
Ideas have to be both imaginative and executable. Speed and groundedness are both required.
04
Own your work
You are not support. You lead your projects and your craft from brief to finish.
05
Learn what it takes
No tool is off limits. If a project needs it, you find out how. Curiosity is a core skill here.
06
Studio over ego
Small team, real support. You will be challenged, backed and given full credit for what you bring.
What we offer
A role worth taking seriously.
Not a junior support role dressed up. You will be given room to lead, people to lean on and projects worth your time. Salary is open and discussed honestly.
Creative freedom
Work across culture, systems and communication. No two months look the same.
Real project ownership
From proposal to execution. You run it, not assist on it.
Mentorship built in
Direct access to founders and collaborators across disciplines.
Work that matters
Projects that serve institutions, communities and businesses with equal seriousness.
Salary open to discussion
We want to know your expectations. Tell us what this commitment means to you.
